Our financial services client is looking for a Client Test Engineer to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: 42.00 - $47.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities of the Client Test Engineer:
  • Align, plan, and implement new product capability delivery with in-flight implementations
  • Drive and/or support execution of key implementation activities
  • Participate in validation and/or testing efforts to ensure results meet the client and/or product offering requirements
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify gaps or trends for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Submit requests and/or assist with translation of business requirements to technology partners
  • Craft training material and reference material for participant services
  • Assist and mentor the broader team
  • Engage in and/or lead ongoing courses to support continued personal development
Requirements of the Client Test Engineer:
  • Experience with procedure execution and process improvement
  • Ability to independently handle one's own workload
  • Ability to conduct analysis and document findings
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legislative in aligned service area
  • Understanding of benefits administration systems
  • Demonstrates superb communication skills (written and verbal)
